I am the owner of the company and this review is fake. I do not know this customer and my name isn’t spelled correctly either. My customers have my business card in hand and it’s on all contracts. Secondly she’s referring to a ceiling being open then different color material being used. I am backed by my manufactures and purchase all materials from local warehouse companies in the DFW area. I offer a 10 yr warranty. I would encourage this person to reach out to my company or the manufacturer of the materials that were installed. They will warranty the work and get in touch with me.
