I had a large bolt ruin a tire. David in Service was much more Pro Customer than the guy 5 months previous on a similar problem. My tire was replaced in an acceptable time frame. Good to have the Warranty on tires, even better to have it honored!
Got my first Jeep last night from these guys. I buy cars very often for the last 37 years and my honest opinion is that this was my best buying experience. I met my sales man Derrick Walker who took great care of us. He’s very knowledgeable about their brand and took his time to walk me thru the whole process and show me my new Gladiatior features and answered every question I had. From there our finance manager Mani Adams made sure we got the best trade value going back to the appraisal guy till he got me a fair trade value. Also contacted the bank directly to get us a better rate. I saw him working very hard for us. Highly recommended dealership.
