Nancy is the BEST hands down! Not only does she take the time to make sure you understand the procedure but makes sure you are relaxed if your nervous. Then she goes above and beyond and isn’t just trying to make it an expensive procedure for no reason, if she doesn’t feel like you need a service she tells you a cheaper alternative.
