Words cannot explain how grateful I am to Bill and his entire team. I have tried over the past years to a cash out refi but kept getting the run around by other lenders. Was referred to Bill by a family member and he worked on my loan without hesitation. Not only did he get me a awesome loans but he gave me valuable advise on different ways to invest. I don't even know where to begin but Bill and his team were a life saver for us. We had a unique and complicated situation and he stuck with us for a few years through the pandemic, being out of state and deaths in the family to find our dream home!!! He went above and beyond for us. He worked around every obstacle and was always available when needed. We moved in 2/21/22 and he still helps with questions even after closing. He is an expert in his field and most important an amazing person in every aspect. I recommend Bill and his team to everyone I know. He's a great friend now and an amazing lender and financial advisor!!!
