This place rocks! Everyone is so kind and willing to help here. There's so much knowledge to be had, every day is something new. Miss Herndon is an excellent teacher and a great example to her students. It is clear how much passion and dedication she has for Martial Arts and training others in general and that shows in every student. If you're trying to learn some self defense or just want to get into better shape I highly recommend Legend.

I love watching my son Thomas and the other kids develop their mental and physical strength, but honestly one of my favorite parts is seeing how Ms. Herndon and Ms. Morgan love and lead these kids. You can tell how much they care and genuinely enjoy what they do. Last night, it felt like Ms. Herndon was having FUN-playing, laughing and being silly all while growing these little ones character. I can’t get enough, more importantly Thomas can’t get enough. We NEVER want to stop!
