Dr. Hayes has been great for all of our Equine needs. She’s professional and will tell you how it is. I appreciate all of her work that she’s done for us. I have a horse with wobbles and she’s accommodated her in every way she can and helped out when my mare has had a flareup. It’s also really nice that she does farm calls if needed, all of her staff is really amazing also
Dr. Katie and her staff are the absolute best! Plenty of patience with her clients and with educational advice along the way. I'm always a nervous wreck doing the vet trips, and she has her magic touch to alleviate it. (Human & horse) Professional and friendly. I'd recommend her to anyone to trust her caring skills and expertise to your animals. It's definitely a rarity these days.
I have to say, I have had the exact opposite experience of the other review. Dr. Katie is a very straightforward person, but she is also insanely knowledgeable and has legitimately saved my horses life THREE TIMES! My mare just will not drink water when she's eating hay and just a few days ago she had a bout with very severe impaction colic. We had her transported to Hayes Equine (they have someone on call to assist with transport) and Dr. Katie kept her for two nights to make sure the impaction fully resolved.
