I was emotionally distraught and the staff was kind, patient and helpful. I am confident in their care.

Brought two of my dogs in on an emergency basis because they ate some raisins. Totally my fault for leaving food where they could access it and I felt terrible The vet was so calm and reassuring, and made me feel as though I wasn’t a terrible dog parent My dogs were given medication to make them vomit up the bad stuff and they were all fixed up and they sent us back home What could’ve been a horrible experience turned out great. Expensive lesson, don’t leave food where dogs can find it!

I’m visiting family here in Denison and needed my baby to be seen. They took wonderful care of Winnie and would recommend them any day. Thank you

The Dr. Cruz and the staff are absolutely amazing here!!! They are just as loving to Dixie and Rusty as I am. I had a 3rd golden that Dr. Cruz treated, he was up front about her cancer when it came back and made sure she was comfortable until the time came to go to the big doggie heaven in the sky. EVERY time my dogs are bathed here they come home smelling pretty, yes pretty and it lasts almost an entire month!!! Thank you for running such a great office!

As a client of the animal hospital I have been lucky enough to see Dr Ermon, Dr Warren, and Dr Cruce and I can honestly say that I would never take my animals anywhere else if I can help it. We have had a couple of dogs who have become very sick and they have worked very hard to treat our animals or try to find answers as to what was going on with our animals. I have never left a visit thinking any of the doctors we have seen is lacking knowledge. The office staff is wonderful as well as all the techs. You will not be disappointment in your care here.

It was my Cinnabun's first visit. He was very nervous. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and calm. Cinnabun was eased and handled everything like a champ. We were very pleased with how everything was discussed and explained — no hidden fees. We have definitely found Cinnabun's permanent care team.

Fantastic visit the tech and Vet looked after Rico and gave him a prescription for inflammation and so far he’s doing great.
