I had a leak under my kitchen that was not easily accessible through our crawlspace, the tech that came out was so kind and did not have a problem doing whatever it took to make sure my leak was fixed. He let me know of a couple of issues he saw that I wasn’t aware of and went ahead and took care of those so that it was a one and done. I appreciate that he didn’t take advantage of me. He made sure I understood what the Potential issues could be if I didn’t fix the problem that he saw. I had an excellent experience with Blackburn! They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were professional from start to finish. The plumber took the time to explain the issue, provided a fair estimate, and completed the repair efficiently with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean when the job was finished, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Best experience with an HVAC Company ever. It first started when I called their office, I spoke with June! She was so nice and knowledgeable. Got our appr set up and explained a couple things to watch for! Turned out to invaluable advice!
Second call, I spoke to Amy, she too was so nice,patient and understanding. Our appt came and right on time, Jose listened carefully and and quickly went to work to diagnose the issue! Literally 10 minutes later, he had the answer! Explained in detail what was wrong. Provided the cost and timeline! He came prepared, the part he needed was on the truck! 1 hour later our AC was up and running and at a reasonable cost!
