I thought I had a serious leak in between my first and second floor of my house. Allen plumbing said they would be out between 10-2… stuff happened at the job before me. So the field guy couldn’t get to me on Friday. So Friday at 4pm Johnny(the owner) called and asked me to meet at the house to figure out what was going on. So I meet him at the house and he points out something obvious to a plumber and not obvious to a Land Surveyor. I fix that issue and problem solved. So not only did they go above and beyond to meet with my on a Friday. Their knowledge saved me a lot of headache and time trying to find a leak in between the 2 floors.
I highly recommend Blackburn Heating & Air! They were professional, dependable, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, communicated well throughout the process, and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
It’s hard to find companies that combine great customer service with quality workmanship, but Blackburn Heating & Air does exactly that. If you need heating or air conditioning work done, give them a call—you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be using them again!
