First time at VIP but they did such an amazing job with my shih tzu. Love what the groomer did. He was very nice and understanding when my dog was being hesitant when he grabbed her but she calmed down in the end. You can't beat the price either since I come from San Antonio. I will definitely groom her here when I come to Del Río.

We've always had a good experience bringing my dog here for boarding. I've had him boarded over night multiple times with no issues. The front desk staff are friendly and nice. They don't breed discriminate and they treat my Rottweiler great! He came home with a tick after boarding for a week while we were on vacation, but that's the only, very minor incident I've had - it is Texas after all. And it's fun to see the owner's wolves too :)

I have left my two dogs and one cat at VIP every time we go to New York for a month. My pets LOVE the staff at this place so much that they get excited when we drop them off. The staff are all friendly, polite, and clearly love animals. When we pick them up after their month long "holiday" they are happy and healthy. They have staff members check on the animals every day, and spend time with them so they are not so lonely. In fact, one year our cat was the only one in the cat area, so the staff cuddled him, and let him walk around inside the office so he wouldn't be alone.
