Have used them 3 times now for Boarding my GSD named Thor. So far I haven't had any issues at all. Staff seemed nice every time. After the 1st Boarding one of their Staff Members informed me he was moved to a Kennel with a Topper and to request one for future Boarding. Thor needs some more training but he was a Rescue Dog when we got him and so far no issues with him there. Every time I get him back he seems himself also which is a good sign.

This facility is a great facility. They’ve worked with us on last minute boarding appointments which we’ve had to make for family emergencies or the birth of our son which we chose to travel to San Antonio for. They have a great and large facility and the front desk is always very kind. We love boarding our dogs here

This review is for grooming. The gentleman groomer is so kind and gentle with my dog. He made recommendations to help with what I wanted and my dog was smiling at the end of the day. They even gave him a bow tie which matched his harness
