I just want to say how wonderful we were treated by Sr. Personal Loan Specialist Mayra Moreno of the Del Rio, TX, branch. She was very professional and carefully walked my husband and I through the whole process of refinancing our KIA Sorento and getting us the money we needed for our move to New Mexico in the near future.
