The hairdresser did a great job on my hair. But there was another unprofessional hair dresser talking rude remarks about me with your client. Making assumptions about people is plain rude and just silly.

I got a haircut twice at this location. The two ladies I went to did good on cutting my hair however they don’t speak to you or anything so it’s just an awkward setting. All the salons I’ve been to in the past speak to you throughout the whole appointment(and of course since they’re so nice I tip them and I admit I didn’t tip the 2nd stylist I went to here because she didn’t greet me or speak to me.) If they did greet and speak to me a bit throughout the appointment I would’ve tipped the 1st stylist more and I would’ve tipped the 2nd stylist but I feel so awkward getting my haircut done there so I’ll take myself elsewhere. I went in with a bad balayage. I asked them to tone it down so that it wasn't orange. They did that. However I also asked for highlights - streaks of lighter blonde - so that it didn't look like a wig. Something beachy. I even showed the stylist multiple pictures. At the end I had an entire head of lighter hair that had no highlights whatsoever. I look like I'm wearing fake hair. In addition the stylist curled my hair and left all of these awkward creases at the top. My experience was not good. My hair is practically irreversible at this point.
