I took my faux fur coat here a couple of years back. It was a beautiful grey leopard looking coat. I didn’t check it right away like I should have. When I did, the coat was no longer grey, but pale lavender, and the texture was ruined.
It said on the label that it should be cleaned with the fur method, and I don’t think it was.

Recently took my memorial quilt to them to have some mistakes corrected as well as glue removed! This was obviously very important to me and I couldn't be more pleased! They went above &beyond to take care of my quilt, even framed 2 pictures of my son for me! Highly recommended them not only for the professionalism but their kindness as well!
