Originally called for service on our AC Unit, and it turned into finding a much larger issue with the entire duct system of our house. Juan came by to do the service and listened to a complaint my wife and I had about how dust was just collecting in the house, no matter how much we vacuumed and dusted. He went above and beyond what he was originally here to do. He went up into out attic even though it was already 8PM, well past what I imagine his shift ran. What he discovered was more than just a little issue we had with the AC’s fan. The ducting appeared to be a bandaid job with a plywood box for the main line, and branches that were just taped on.
