The Virtues Jiu-Jitsu Self Dense Academy is truly one of the best self-defense academies is the La porte/Deer Park, Tx area. Focusing from standing self-defense to ground submission grappling Gracie Jiu-jitsu. Professor Alex, his wife Jamie, and kids share their high-level skills and passion for the Art. The facility is very clean, and family orientated. My kids and I have made this place our second home and are happy to be part of the Virtues family. I highly recommended this academy to anyone.

My husband, boys, and I all have been training here for the past 2 years. We absolutely love it. The coaches are great and work very well with our kids. It has become our second home now. We recommend to anyone in the area!

My daughter started Jiu-Jitsu here in April and since the very first day, Alex and Jamie (along with their kids) have made us feel welcome and like a family. I am so happy to have found this place.
