The most awesome staff! They always invest in their patients. The front staff always remembers personal details about my life and family and what I've been up to even when it has been ages since I've been in. It's nice because they treat us all like family!

Staying here in Deer park temporarily and I managed to bend my only pair of 24/7 glasses to unwearable.Looked up somewhere to get them fixed and this was the only one open near here, but they were 5 minutes to closed.Got there last minute and the sweetest lady in the world got back out all the things to fix my glasses and saved me big time.I offered to compensate her for her time as it was past closing at this point, but she said not to worry.Thank you so so much! Very appreciated and kind service

So sorry that you think I am rude. Sorry we can not do insurance fraud for any patient and let someone else use your insurance money . We did offer u a refund to your insurance coverage company after 9 months that u decided you didn't want contacts u ordered and wanted to purchase contacts for a prescription that expired for your daughter. Yes may be rude but legal all the way
