Chris came out & scoped my main sewer line from the house to the septic tank & then back to the house with a brightly lit camera on a snake as I watched the video. He really took his time showing me every anomaly and explained everything to my satisfaction. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He is just the type of honest plumber I was hoping for. They make a video after the initial run & email to you, with voice over at the time explaining everything so you can compare & remember later.
