Marlon arrived promptly, was very friendly and very helpful! Our faucet was leaking something terrible and the old one was so calcified on that it had to be cut off. Reasonable prices is an understatement, Piece of Mind was amazingly affordable and the quality of work top tier. We will definitely only be calling Piece of Mind in the future for our plumbing needs. Piece of Mind Plumbing is the most caring and skilled plumbing I have ever experienced. My main bathroom faucet and second-bathroom faucet were in bad shape. Very bad! The main bathroom faucet had a permanent drip after the North Texas Ice/Snow Storm. The pipes had a drip in the sink. Yes, rot was bad. My second-bathroom sink was a mess - the water would not go down the sink. Please read! Mrs. Courtney was so very assuring on the phone. She told me everyone was with customers who had bursting pipes from the storm. Yes, they need to come first! Yesterday, Mr. Scotty from Piece of Mind came to my home. He fixed the problems in my sinks! We have perfect running, draining and shutting off water!! The most courteous man stayed with the problems until the problem was totally repaired! Mr. Scotty is a true expert, skilled with working knowledge and home care. I really have never experienced this. We usually have a problem afterwards with other plumbers. Not with Piece of Mind Plumbing!! THEY FIX IT!! My gratefulness goes to them! Yes, they will take care of you! Yes, they care! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
