Please do not take your furbabies here ... this used to be our go-to veterinarian. However, times have changed. The vet that was there is no longer there and the new staff is horrible. No bedside manner, no customer service. Let me state that the receptionists were extremely nice and helpful, but I'm not paying good money just for the receptionists. First off, they made us muzzle our pets. Never before have I been to a vet where they required a muzzle. While we understand if the pet is showing aggression or has a history, they did not even take the time to greet and get to know our dogs. Hmmm after reading these reviews it tempers my response Just a word of warning advice Don't set your small pet kennel on the countertop!!! I received a stern warning Now if it was a big no no You would think several laminated signs would be on the counter Or do away with the flat surface and leave just enough to sign paperwork If not for my scolding this morning it would be a 5 star review
