Our puppy somehow cut her nose & it wouldn't stop bleeding. I called this establishment & they advised me I could just walk in. I arrived & walked in with Lainey. The receptionist said it would be about a 30 minute wait & to wait in my vehicle, someone will come out to grab us. A vet tech came out & grabbed Lainey. About 20 minutes later they came out & Lainey had gotten 3 staples. She told me to go inside to pay before leaving. The price was very reasonable. The receptionist said I need to come back in 2 weeks to remove the staples & then I left. The staff is friendly. The only thing I dislike is having to wait in my vehicle while they examined Lainey. Love them! Have been lifesaver at times. Great caring vets, affordable pricing and easier to get in as it’s a walk in clinic. I personally find peace in knowing they are there if needed.

Under the terrible circumstances that brought me here it was a pleasant experience and staff was extremely professional and displayed Amazing teamwork.. If you need a vet. I definitely recommend the Decatur veterinary clinic.
