Decatur Heat and Air did an amazing job. I’ve been waiting on another a/c company for months to fix my mini split saying they had to order parts.
Jace with Decatur Heat and Air came out and fixed it in one day. Jace is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job
Called during the evening and the lady that took the call was able to set an appointment for the next day early in the morning... Jase, the technician arrived on time and immediately jumped to work the problem with the AC, which turned out to be a couple of broken wires due to mice chewing the cables. Very reasonable pricing and he even recommended me some products to avoid the situation to happen again. Super happy with the service and definitely will use them again if I encounter any issue with the AC in the future. Recommended!
10 out of 10 would recommend this company! I got a service technician by the name of Jace, he was beyond professional and very good at explaining everything! Communicated everything very well from beginning to end.
I was worried I was gonna end up with some crazy bill after having issues with my AC unit, he came by and did some maintenance that solved all the issues we were having.
Great company! Great team!!
