I will never go back to this cleaners. I brought 3 shirts in and asked them to replace a broken button on one of the shirts. They not only did not replace the broken button, but another button on the shirt was broken. That’s not as bad as what happened when I came in and asked for the shirts. They said they had already been picked up. They had not been picked up and I knew it. At first the girl refused to look for them. She said there couldn’t have been a mistake. I refused to leave until she looked for them, and, what do you know, she found them. If I would have left I would have lost the shirts. I had liked bringing my husband's pants even tho the lady who always assisted me never seemed very friendly , then I started to bring his shirts in and they never did a good job with them, so much so that buttons were missing ans the last time I tried them the shirt had yellow markings all over the back and sleeve. Didn't even bother going back

I was new to the Decatur area and was looking for a new cleaners and came across Brannan's and how lucky was I to find the perfect cleaners on my first try. I have been going there now for about a year and a half and very pleased with the service I get from them. They are always very friendly , my clothes and comforters always come out perfect. The pricing is great and they always get your things returned in a very reasonable time.
