I felt at ease from the moment I walked in to make arrangements for my mother. The staff was very helpful in every way. I live 11 hours away and never felt I was in the dark between the time I visited them at the funeral home and the week later when the service was held. If I had questions, they were just a text or phone call away.The day of the service, I was greeted by staff and assured that everything was handled…and it was.Almost three years ago, they also handled my sister’s funeral and we had the same experience with them.I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I have nothing but complete respect for the ladies at Sterling Funeral Home. They helped me out when no one else would. Everyone there was very polite and had very good work ethics. You couldn't ask for anyone to work with you better than them.
Everyone that we have met with at Sterling has been wonderful. After the sudden loss of my wife of 52 years, they were very helpful with every step that we took in honoring not only my wife, but all of us. We are so very happy with the level of services and help that they showed us during such a sad period of our lives. Would I recommend them to family and friends? Absolutely without a doubt, yes.
