UPDATESpoke to the owner (Jeff) and he wasn't happy how this was handled. He was sincerely sorry and apologized several times for his driver. I'm a small business owner and I greatly appreciate how he went above and beyond to handle the issue to make it right. He refunded my tow. It's hard being a small business owner but I always will use Jeff and refer his towing company. Excellent customer serviceTold me one price but then went up $100 after he got to my house. Told him on the phone what this issue of the truck was said $100 cash or $125 card. I wasn't even two miles from my house. After he got to my house told me $225. I called JTT to unlock my car. He came within 5 minutes, had my car unlocked within another 5 minutes, and helped me figure out how to pop my trunk. He and his son were very nice and I highly recommend them. Thanks again!
I called then because I needed an immediate tow and I was told they would have the driver call me. I waited 10 minutes with no call back so, I called Mainframe Towing and they was there at the Dollar General in less than 10 minutes. I gave them some stars because they did keep good communication. I would still recommend but, only as a second choice.
