Broke down yesterday morning and thought my day was about to be an absolute disaster… then Raymond from JTT Towing showed up like the tow-truck version of Superman ?
Not only did he get there quickly, but he went completely above and beyond. He helped calm me down, handled my car with care, and honestly turned a stressful situation into something manageable. You can tell he genuinely cares about people, not just the job.
If I could leave 10 stars, I absolutely would. Raymond deserves a raise, a vacation, and probably his own reality show at this point. Highly recommend JTT Towing because of him!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. I was driving home from work and due to road work, the city had moved some concrete blocks very close to the corner where one turns to get off an exit ramp and onto the intersecting road. I did not see how close the concrete blocks were to the passenger side of my vehicle due to the height of my SUV causing a blind spot, and when I turned, I turned too sharply, into the concrete block, and the concrete block ripped my running board off my vehicle and my car was suspended up by the block, unable to move backwards or forwards. The service here specially Ramen is absolutely tremendous. He’s helped me twice in one week. Very reliable and he didn’t take long to come save me in both incidents. Definitely won’t be calling anyone else but Jtt/Ramen
