I called them to see if they could squeeze me in with no appointment, after I accidentally scratched my eye. When I got there, they immediately put a drop in my eye to numb it. Took some information from me. Waited maybe 30 min. Got me in the back, looked at my scratched eye and gave me antibiotics. Over all the best experience I've had in my 57yrs with a doctor. God bless them for all they do. Thank you

The service I received was excellent from the receptionist to fitting of my glasses. I do have one complaint, not with this office but Berkeley in general I spent over $640 for exam and glasses. When I asked for my cleaning cloth and spray. I was told Berkery doesn’t supply them anymore because of cost. This is totally unacceptable

The doctor and staff were attentive, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated their warm interaction with my son, making the exam enjoyable rather than intimidating. The office was clean, well-organized, and maintained.
