I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new nails Rosa did an amazing job on my nails. I called her shop the day before Valentine's Day (last minute) I know but even though she was booked she worked me into her schedule by fitting me in during her lunch. This meant a lot to me because the lady I had been dealing with for years had disappointed me because when I attempted to set an appointment for my BIG birthday celebration the only thing she could say to me was "no sorry" and that was via text That lady didn't have the decency to at least wish me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! However the fact that Rosa (owner of Xotic Nails) made an exception for me .... a person she's never met or got one dollar from accepted me by fitting me in during her lunch hour even though it was the day before Valentine's Day. Rosa was very friendly and professional and definitely got herself a new customer. Everyone loves my new nails and I actually think they're the BEST I've ever had
