Chris made my day. This morning, I took my 3 year old MacBook Pro to his place of business because my keyboard is going haywire. A couple hours later he texted me to say I still had Apple Care on my machine, and I should take it there and his work was done. I picked up my computer at no charge at all. He could have easily cracked the box open and charged me, but this approach saved me time and money.
