I have used WaxOrSugarMe for several years! The customer service, facility, products, client interaction is a 10/10! The entire staff is professionally trained and they cater to your hair type and pattern. This is NOT a chain that only cares about getting in as many clients as possible in day! These ladies are knowledge, communicative through the entire proceeds and overall AMAZING! There are different locations available which is very convenient.
Fabiola did a magnificent job on my waxing. I needed to find a new waxing studio, so I initially decided to give this one a try due to it's close proximity to my house. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the service far exceeded my expectations! Waxorsugarme is located inside the City Salon Suites off of Knoll Trail and Arapaho. There is ample outdoor parking and it's easy to find. The suite Waxorsugarme occupies is toward the back of the building. Before showing up, I booked online where a deposit was required. Now, I'm totally happy to pay this and am respectful of their late policy. These are professionals and it makes complete sense that they have stringent policies for arrival windows. I had seen some people gripe about this, but please put yourself in the shoes of someone running a business like this- it's not fair to expect them move around other appointments to accommodate. The waxing itself was a pleasant experience. Yes- waxing hurts, but in the hands of the right professional, they can really help with alleviating some of that through great conversation. Fabiola was really good at keeping the conversation going and providing lots of knowledge on waxing upkeep best practices. I also want to mention that my first time here was on Halloween, so Fabiola was dressed as Chucky from the Child's Play movies, which was an absolute gas! I knew from the moment I met her, she was going to be awesome! She was so funny and personable, her demeanor put me at ease immediately. The end result was I got the best waxing I ever had. No hair was left behind and a few weeks out, I can say that I didn't have any ingrown hairs or irritation. I also purchased a ph balanced bath wash from Fabiola to ensure no irritation, and it was worth it. Overall, I'm super-pleased with my results fro Waxorsugarme, and look forward to my future appointments. A true gem!!!
I have been coming to Addy at their Inwood location for 7 months now and I wish I would of found her sooner! It is always a great experience and feels like I’m catching up with a friend every time I see her. She is super nice and always makes sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.Not to mention the master behind the screen, her name is Marissa. She is honestly such a big help when I double booked myself on accident. I was having such a hectic day and she really made it so much easier for me.
