This place is a god send! Not only was it free with only donations asked but not expected, it was also quick, friendly, best bedside service ever... I was greeted with so much kindness and felt taken seriously and treated well. When you have no money and you need urgent care, go here. I would go here whether I had money or not and I would donate when I could be cause the service was just so exceptional!
I stopped by a little before 9 am and there was maybe 2 people waiting before me hopped in line once they opened I was able to schedule an appointment at 10:20 am came back had a little wait. Once I was seen they confirmed my ear infection was prescribed meds and I paid $10 donation they are all super nice inside and they ask if you need prayers
I can’t give adequate praise to this phenomenal clinic and its staff. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional, and they treat patients like friends and family. It’s donation-suggested payment ($10 is typical), but nothing is required.
Jesse, one of the main nurses, is fantastic. He asks all the right questions to figure out symptoms and ailments and then the staff formulates a course of tests and treatment options. Because it affiliated with a church, Watermark, they offer prayer, free bibles, and information about the church, but in a very subtle and respectful way. It’s a heartwarming approach to medical care.
Again, I can’t recommend this this place...read full review
