I stopped by the store for a simple glasses adjustment. However, my nearly decade old Warby broke during the process. Caroline provided extensive knowledge about the solutions I could take. And because of her help, I am satisfied with my soon to be replacement! Honestly, I couldn't be happier that my glasses broke to receive the excellent service and care that Caroline gave. She was able to make the best out of an unfortunate situation.
Thank you for going above and beyond, Caroline!
I wasn’t joking yesterday when I told Anna she basically completed an act of congress. I’ve been putting off getting a new pair of glasses for 2.5 years because I dislike the process and never know what looks good on me. However, she had me in and out with a new pair of glasses in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Not only did she make the process painless, but she was also a delight to work with. For once, I’m truly looking forward to wearing my new pair of glasses. Thank you Anna!!
Bryan from the North Park store is amazing. Super helpful and friendly. My son and I came in for glasses and we never felt rushed or anything, which was relieving since it was my son's first time getting WP glasses and he was trying on a ton of styles to see what he felt most confident in.
