I've been taking Mat Pilates with Tray every Tuesday consistently for the past two months and it's been so worth it! I definitely feel stronger than when I first started. These classes are hard but worth it and beginner friendly. They have both heated and unheated classes as well. Tray is the best. He's a great motivator and very encouraging and welcoming to all. He not only shows you the moves but he also explains them so you can correct your form and gives you modified versions if needed. He also has the best playlist and switches up the moves so you aren't doing the same thing every single week. I highly recommend checking out Tru Fusion and Mat Pilates with Tray.
Heather's cycling class is the perfect balance of challenging and fun! She brings so much excitement and energy to every session, and her playlists are always fire. Highly recommend! She's extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and welcoming 10 out of 10.
