Do not recommend this place at all. My son had an appointment today at 4pm and the moment we stepped in the lady at the front had an attitude towards him. He was looking at frames for his glasses and she told him sit down which my son did. I continue to give her our insurance and and ID card then I took a seat and after I was done filling out paperwork I asked my son which ones were the ones you wanted we got up to take a look at them and she came again to tell us to sit down. My husband and I have been True Vision customers/ eye patients for the past two years. We found them through VSP Vision Insurance. Up until recently we were satisfied with their services and pricing. When they relocated to their new location, things started going south. When our prescriptions changed, they started up charging us without being transparent. Their prices are ridiculous already! Recently I went in for an adjustment on one pair of glasses I purchased from them. The next day my ear piece snapped off. I took them back in and they said that they could not be repaired. Horrible place ever since they moved from Wynnewood they been on straight BS they only have 1 doctor and the Dr keeps being out every time she has an appointment! Unprofessional and disgusting
