Decent service, been going for a while. Appoinments rarely start on time and the Dr was almost 20 minutes late. No worries, it happens. But when you are late? Good luck. Front desk refused to reschedule my appointment or tell me how long I would need to wait to be fit in. Instead they wanted to be petty and bust my balls about not being there on time. I had a great experience at Total Men’s Primary Care on my first visit(annual checkup). The waiting area was very nice and comfortable, and I was called back right on time for my appointment. My PCP took the time to really listen and address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed, which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing as well…so patient, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care and great service!
