I had my initial Botox appointment with Dr Jinbi. She was great and very pleasant. I went back for a follow up and Zack did my touch-up. He is so nice and patient. Very knowledgeable and truly took his time to talk about different products and how they work on different clients. I love this location because of the people that work there. Thank you!
I don’t usually leave reviews but when I do it is because I had the utmost great experience. Came in for a hormone treatment and Melanie blew me away with her willingness just to listen to my concerns and genuinely an all-around nice person. Genuine and real and that means the most to me. Not to mention the price point here blows everyone else out of the water. Great service and care and treated me like a real person and not just another number. She’s normally out of the La Sierra location, so if you’re looking for a woman to understand you go there!!!! I will follow her anywhere! Thank you Melanie!
I had a very pleasant experience at med Solution The staff was pleasant and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and made sure. I understood everything. The nurse practitioner took the time to make sure I understand how I would take my medicine and what my meal plans should consist of great job guys. You’re the best.
