I attended the TreadBarre | Sprint + Sculpt class and it was surprisingly amazing. As a first timer I didn't know what to expect. I workout 5x a week and I can honestly say this class challenged me. The different techniques and timed exercises kept me on my toes the entire time. Megan, our instructor, did a great job guiding me (us) the entire time. She knew it was my first class and made sure I didn't feel left behind. 5/5 experience for sure.
The PilatesBarre is one of the best workouts in Dallas! They have many different class structures to choose from, and they never disappoint. The instructors are all amazing and are so helpful with any modifications or assistance you might need! Such a great atmosphere too!
I have been coming here for years and it’s AMAZING! Both the TreadBarre and Pilates classes are phenomenal and such a good workout. The instructors are great and I am always ensured a good experience. I would definitely recommend The PilatesBarre to both first-timers and those familiar with pilates! They also have such a good selection of athletic wear and I always look forward to the new clothes.
