It was amazing how they can transform a dated property into a modern marvel. My good friend and seller lived out of state and could only fly in to view the home after renting it for many years. He was shocked at the condition, and we hired The Design Quad to completely remodel the entire home to include all solid surface flooring, new kitchen appliances, countertops and backsplash, painting, and window and French door replacement. The home sold quickly, even before they were finished with the renovation. I certainly look forward to working with them again.
