The Cooper Institute is the non-profit, research and education division of The Cooper Aerobics Center. It's been around for 40 years and has lead the way in providing research into aerobic activity and it's impact on overall health and wellness. My husband works here, and the staff are a great group of people to work with. The facilities are top-notch, and are set in a beautiful location.
