Awesome company to work with. I was greatly impressed with Phillip, the door to door salesperson, very cheerful, yet professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly with patience and kindness. John , Dallas Regional manager , did the same, cool , kind, and patient. He explained everything to the dot, he even read the contract out loud, so I could understand it. He was able to set me up with the interest free fix monthly payment which was one of the perks for me, because I hate paying interest on anything. Thank you for a job well done, I appreciate you.
All the personnel were courteous and friendly. They installed two air conditioners and two air handlers. They were installed efficiently and quickly. We are very happy with the performance of the new air conditioners. They are quieter than the old units and for run shorter cycles.
