Blake was great! I was a little iffy at having a someone that comes directly to your residence, but he was nothing but professional and made me feel comfortable with going about my day as he worked on my laptop. Overall he was super quick and efficient despite some bumps in the road that were definitely my fault. Cannot recommend him enough!
I called Blake this morning (1-16-24) He returned my call promptly. I explained that I had a broken wifi on my laptop, that my laptop could not even detect that I had a wifi adapter. So I thought my hardware was broken. Like where could it even it go, right? He gave me a quick fix I could try. I could right click on start button, select Device Manager, then uninstall my wifi adapter, and then reinstall it. This worked! I'm back online! Thank you Blake for saving me a $150 repair visit, for only 1-2 minutes of your time!
I would definitely recommend using this company. The tech. Was very professional and explained every thing he was doing so that I could understand. I’m not very computer savvy. He got my grandson gaming pc up and running.
