Svelte Performance has changed my life. Truly a hidden gem! The owner, Kaitlyn, is awesome - super knowledgeable, always willing to help, and makes working out there very enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Also, there are absolutely no words for the classes offered. I attend Amrutha’s classes most often and whew! She's an amazing trainer who knows how to push you to reach your fitness goals while also being incredibly accommodating for injuries and individual fitness levels. This has to be the friendliest gym in Dallas! I’m a travelling fitness model, bodybuilder and gym owner myself so I have high standards and Svelte ticked all the boxes. Brilliant music, perfect air temp, good variety of kit, only a small amount of people training at once. Exciting to learn they’ve got more kit coming too! Can’t wait to come back, thanks for your hospitality.
