Square Nails has a long history of loyal customers, with some visiting for over 20 years and considering the staff like family. However, some first-time visitors have had negative experiences, feeling that their requests were not listened to. While the quality of the nail sets is described as okay and the prices reasonable, the lack of communication has left some customers dissatisfied.
Best to get there right when they open if you don't want to wait all day...don't show up an hour before closing either or you won't be seen. But the work is amazing at such affordable prices ? ? ? ? ? ?!!!
I would’ve gave them a 5 stars but my nails were jacked up by the older bald headed Asian but Jason fixed them after charging me $15 after I had already paid $40 plus $5 tip. I drove 40 mins for Jason to do my nails because he’s the best in the shop and he puts me with the old lady. I tried to be nice but she messed me tf up.
Julie Jason Tina Nancy and her li sister and li Jason....We miss yall ..Your the best could never be replace .....I been getting my nails done here since Nancy was born about 9 years..And I'm not going anywhere....Cant wait to see yall ....
