About [solidcore]
Solidcore is a fitness studio located in Dallas, Texas, offering a unique resistance-training workout that is inspired by Pilates. The studio uses a specialized piece of equipment called Sweatlana to target the upper body, lower body, and core, with the goal of building muscular strength and endurance. Each exercise is designed to push your muscles to failure, providing unbelievable results. The instructors at Solidcore are known for being helpful and motivating, providing hands-on corrections when needed. They focus on safety and getting to know their clients by name, creating a welcoming environment. The workout is described as challenging and effective, with many clients seeing defined arms and abs after attending classes regularly. The studio is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, and it is recommended to text the studio with any questions as they tend to be responsive that way. It is important to note that the classes start on time, and there is a fee for being more than 5 minutes late. The studio does not offer showers, but they do stock products in the bathrooms to freshen up. Solidcore has a strong community of clients who enjoy the challenging workout and the results it provides. Clients have the option to participate in quarterly challenges and pop-ups, and the studio offers great swag. While the classes are on the more expensive side, clients feel that they get what they pay for. Overall, Solidcore is a great place for those looking for a challenging and effective total body workout.
I have become a Solidcore junkie - it’s seriously become a personality trait of mine! Every instructor is great, but here are my top 3: Erin, Shavai, and Efren! You’ll walk out of your workout energized and feel excited to come back the next day!
I LOVE the classes and instruction at this location! All of the senior coaches are absolute gems their classes are honestly the best. If it’s your first time, I definitely recommend arriving about 20 minutes early because it can feel a little confusing at first. The front desk and instructors are incredibly helpful and take the time to walk you through everything when you come early.
I just completed my 25th class, and I truly love it here. I’ve seen a huge change in my body and overall strength, and I couldn’t be happier.
I love this location , Knox and Addison . I don’t recommend Southlake
After an extremely underwhelming and disappointing, first class at the Addison location with Sydney Roberts, I came here and Juan Trevizo gave me everything I expected from [solidcore] and MORE ❤️❤️❤️ He physically demonstrated each move as well as verbally explained it. He corrected each person’s form, engaged with the whole class, & actually wanted to be there. His optimistic, positive and upbeat energy will make your day. I was So traumatized, I was reluctant to try [solidcore] again, but he made me do a complete 360. One of my friends have actually taken one of his spots and we both agree that he’s the best 🥹🎉
