A hailstorm punched a hole in my skylight. I contacted several roofers nearby to fix it. But each roofer was busy. The storm struck a large area. The hail damage was widespread. One roofer nearby said the storm damaged his own roof on the same night. He had to tarp his roof at 4 AM. Then he had to fix multiple roofs in Oklahoma. A solo roofer came by to cover the skylight with a tarp. For the time being, this keeps the house dry. It would take weeks to supply new skylight domes.Two weeks later, Skylight Solutions became available. They were in Dallas, so they were not that close. Yet within an hour's drive.
