I placed a huge order with this wholesaler & was mostly satisfied with the experience. In total I felt there was about 10 pieces that were much smaller than expected, jewelry looked cheap, or was just not the same color as listed on the website. Although I am new to the industry I am aware that product can look different online through photos, however, you can’t make green look yellow. It was a completely different picture than what I received. That particular piece was eligible for return per their policy however the other 9 pieces I wasn’t satisfied with weren’t. So I figured I’d cut my losses & just return the item (I purchased a total of 4 of same item) I felt was misrepresented. After an original order of over $850, I got pushback for a $20 return. Instead of an in store credit, I was asked to drive to Dallas for a show which I did not understand the logic in when I live in San Antonio & gas to get there would be way over what I was asking for in return. Then when I told them I couldn’t make it, I was met with a disclaimer that the product was listed as yellow from the vendor therefore it was yellow & not green. If your new or not, I’d advise against purchasing anything on this website or online. Find your LOCAL wholesaler & save yourself time & money!!!
