When I reached out to Sergio for a quote, he was VERY responsive and came over to do a walkthrough with another team member. His expertise and vision was very well communicated, and we were on the same page throughout discussing each tree. We have 4 massive trees in the front (same age as our house which was built in the late '60s) that needed canopy lifting and balancing (since the sunlight comes from an angle). After, we discussed the back, where we had 3 massive live oak trees completely removed with stump grinding. The remaining 3 backyard trees needed canopy lifting and a few large branches removed. Sergio and his team showed up and I have to tell you this was one of the MOST AMAZING processes my husband and I have EVER seen and because our house is older we have had ALOT of work done to it. They had dedicated team members playing a specific role in every process making it one of the most efficient work. My husband was so amazed that he sat and watched them multiple times over the two day project. The timing of equipment, of trailers, and tools was so perfectly laid out. When they moved onto our backyard, there was one main team member cutting down the trees and others leveraging heavy rope to angle the fall of the branches or trunk. The trees we had removed were next to many objects (fence, raised garden, etc) and never once did we have to worry about any damages. They were precise and knew EXACTLY where any part of the tree would land. Only a company that has VAST EXPERIENCE could ever do this. I also chose Sergio because my husband and I knew this project was not going to be easy (3 tree removals and 7 tree trimmings), but never once did Sergio say this is a lot of work, he was ALWAYS determined and POSITIVE, which I can't say about my other quotes. Sergio and his team EXCEEDED my husband and I's expectations and would vouch for him any day. I vetted multiple companies ONLY with five stars and at least 50+ reviews with pictures so I could see the work and Sergio was above them all!
