I had a wonderful experience with Dr. May and the entire team at this office! When I called with an eye issue, they kindly fit me into the schedule right away. I was seen promptly and out within an hour. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. May was incredibly friendly, caring, and took the time to clearly explain everything. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care I received!

Moved to Dallas and 12 hours later was in the emergency room with an eye problem. Doctor did what she could and suggested I go to an Ophthalmologist. Repeat, I’ve lived in Dallas 12 hrs. She referred me to Dr Richard May. Called the next morning and explained the situation and was told to come right in. Feel very fortunate to have Dr May as my eye doctor. Things turned out good and I agree the office staff is great. Highly recommend Dr. May and his staff.

Seen Dr.May today and was extremely satisfied with the visit learnes I have a little bit more going on with my eye sight and his staff are awesome the ladies went above and beyond and out of there way to hwlp me try and find a specialist that took my insurance even though they were ynable to find a provider never had a doctor's office /staff do that I am very great full to have met them and appreciate all they did for me Thank you so very much I would recommend Dr.May and his staff to everyone. Great people who care about their patients
