We worked with Stephen at ProReal, and he was extremely professional and kept us updated daily regarding the progress of our kitchen remodel, including sending us photos while my wife and I were at work during the day, which we loved. This was our first project in our first home, so we were new to the process and somewhat nervous. We used ProReal for our first ever kitchen remodel before we moved into our new home in Murphy and could not have been happier with our experience! Stephen was so helpful during the quoting process, demo/design/build process, and any follow up questions we had after. Stephen picked up our appliances and tiles which saved us a lot of time since we lived far from the house. Once we save up a bit more money, we’ll definitely come back to Stephen for our next home project!
This was my first renovation project. I was worried that I wouldn’t find a dependable company. ProRealTX exceeded my expectations. They were very patient with me. They answered all my questions and concerns. They did a beautiful job on my bathrooms. Richard and Shawn were great to work with.
