10/10 Service. We used Mr Anthony Allen and from the beginning phenomenal. This was my first ever time doing a claim for a roof. My first home so I was afraid of getting screwed over and just not knowing what to expect. Mr Allen walked me through step by step from inspection, approval and roof completion. He did not force anything on me which I love and gave me the ultimate control!! I’m so thrilled with my roof, from the ridges which makes a huge difference, the selection of shingles was amazing . He even was able to get my gutters replaced ( not shown in photo) on top of my roof.

It’s been over a year now with my new roof on my house in Mesquite, and it has held up really well through storms and lots of rain. No leaks! I’ve walked the attic several times after rains and know what to look for. My previous roof leaked in several places due to lack of Ice/Water protection down each valley. The Priority Roofing team showed up prepared with a team lead that was knowledgeable and walked the roof with me while crew started demo. The crew & the team lead found issues, showed them to me and gave me options. Frank Vitale (sales) did what he could to file additional supplements to insurance.
I can’t say enough great things about Priority Roofing and their entire team. From start to finish, the experience was professional, organized, and truly stress-free.
Frank Vitale, the contractor, truly deserves special recognition for his communication and integrity. I interviewed at least 50 other roofers, and I honestly could not be happier that I chose Frank.
