After injuring 2 disks in my lower back in early 2017, I thought surgery was my only option. While talking to my neurosurgeon, I noticed how often they recommended Pilates post-surgery, and thought I’d try that before I committed to a significant back surgery. It’s been 2 years now that I attend weekly individual sessions with Scott Samford, and I’ve never seen my core stronger...and we have a great time! So thankful for the Pilates Connection team!

When considering a Pilates Studio...I decided 2 years ago to forget the rest and ultimately stayed with "THE BEST" Pilates Connection is the studio that put the A in Awesome!!!!

I did my teacher training certification with Cherry Herzog. It was a fantastic program; You can't find a better Master Instructor than Cherry. I fully recommend Pilates Connection. It is like a second home to me. ?
